Very conscious that the year end is very close and since our last discussion some time ago I am very pleased to say that your on-site performance and ability to work in with my direct labour teams has been maintained.

Both of your guys have superb attitude and commitment on site and a great credit to your company. Such on site behaviour gels well with my own direct labour staff and the spirit of the team delivers high performance for me.

Once again many thanks indeed.

Steve Watts
Performance Manager for North & Mid Wales Area

Wales & West Utilities Ltd have landed several substantial projects this year to extend their gas mains network supply to new customers in Wales. I together with my management team made the decision to invite AMS No Dig Ltd to work with us to install the new infrastructures throughout North Wales. My decision initially to use your company centred around cost, health & safety performance and the ability to deliver the target lengths to ensure the objectives for each project were met.

Our partnership and clear understanding of operational requirements have exceeded my expectations and relationships on site between my employees and yours, particularly Paul Moorhouse your drilling team leader are superb and I for one are very proud of how well everyone is working together which will benefit all concerned and most importantly our customers.

I have received excellent performance reviews and feedback from local authorities, Highways, local councils, land agents, owners and farmers which is a marvellous achievement to date when you consider the size and magnitude of the work.

I want to pay a special tribute and express my sincere thanks to Paul Moorhouse who has clearly demonstrated to me that he has excellent values which mirror my own employees responsible for this work. I really appreciate such high standards of health and safety onsite and his ability to maximise the opportunity to preform and deliver the target lengths of new gas mains irrespective of challenges endured on each site. The whole set up is professional in terms of the high quality equipment AMS No Dig use and the way in which Paul and his team deliver and ensure the opportunity is successful.

I sincerely hope we can maintain this performance to the advantage of both companies and our associated employees as I prepare and plan for the next six months work in extending the WWU Ltd gas mains network in Wales.

Once again, many thanks indeed, and of course please express my thanks to those concerned.

Performance Manager for North & Mid Wales Area

The job here has gone extremely well despite some hard patches and flint. All credit to Drilling Supervisor Pete Goss who showed great drilling skills.
Senior Engineer

I am pleased to confirm that the Rye House Broxbourne T1/Turnford Primary T1 was re-energised on Friday and the removal of all plant and equipment under the Line Blockage was completed in the early hours of Sunday morning. Can I praise the AMS team whom were ever willing to assist throughout Sunday morning working as one team and showing the true Carillion values of: We Care, We Achieve Together and We Deliver. In particular Paul Brown because without his help we may have been planning another Line Blockage for the coming weeks.

This project has been particularly challenging not just in its short time frame from the original fault to being re-energising but also in its complexity from a delivery perspective. All personnel involved with this project be it from the feasibility stage to Labourer and Site Manager have shown that working together anything can be achieved so please thank all the teams involved on a job well done.
Project Manager, Carillion Network Services

I was very pleased with the on-site performance of the HDD delivery for the Turnford scheme. It was a very professional set up with AMS obviously investing in both their workforce and plant for the future. Under rail possession the team worked very well together with a willing to complete the work on time was very evident. A good scheme well delivered.
Project Manager - Programme Delivery, UK Power Networks

I was on site carrying out an audit at one of our projects last week (North Wales) and 2 of your employees were on site carrying out some directional moling.

They were a credit to your Company and their work, attitude and behaviour was excellent.
Training Co-Ordinator, Wales and West Utilities

AMS have proven to be an extremely efficient contractor in delivering their part of the works ahead of programme. They have been praised on their high standards of Health and Safety on a number of occasions by Carillion, SEESA and Magnox South whilst carrying out their works in a difficult environment.
Drew Kininmonth, Delivery Manager, Carillion EHV

We would like to thank you and your team for the Directional Drilling Operations carried out. We found the team members to be very professional. They showed extensive knowledge and communicated well with all other 3rd parties on site.
Kyle Wood, Construction Engineer - National Grid Gas

This project was high profile to United Utilities as it was part of the large diameter cleaning enabling works, to deliver it on time and budget was a great success for us all.
Alan Prescott, Operations Manager - LDTM Projects, Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions Ltd, November 2008

The success of the trenchless installations was critical to delivery of this project. AMS used innovative drilling techniques to overcome a number of problems presented to them by the significant engineering difficulty associated with the works. Throughout the works AMS staff worked proactively to meet the tight deadlines that had been set. The drilling has proved to be a huge success and the Alliance are well on course to meeting the substantial completion date.
Peter Randall, Delivery Manager - EAE / Balfour Beatty Power Solutions Ltd

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to AMS for the excellent service in carrying out the drilling works. Your staff guided me through the approvals process and worked closely with British Waterways. If it had not been for this assistance the scheme would still be on hold. The technicians carried out the project in a professional manner, on time and without any issues.
